Single Card Orders

Want to send a card to a colleague, partner, friend, or family member? This option is for you! We have a team of incredibly talented and professional artists, each with their own unique style. We'll try to match you with the one that best aligns with your preferences!

Please fill out the form below to submit a request for a handwritten card. From there, we'll be in touch with an invoice and schedule as to when you can expect your card to be written and sent out!

(We will email you your order confirmation/invoice. If you do not receive an email within 1–3 business days, please check your junk folder)

(We will generally aim to mail your card about 8 days prior to this date, if possible)

Terms & Conditions:
All sales are final. Please remember that we are human and mistakes happen from time to time though we do our best to avoid this. We will send you a photo of the card once your card is complete, and if a Writer does make a mistake, the card(s) in question will be redone at no cost to the client if possible. If the card has already been mailed, the client can choose between sending a new corrected card at no additional cost, or receive a refund. Undeliverable mail due to USPS's negligence or client error unfortunately can not be refunded, as once the card is mailed, it's no longer under our responsibility. If you wish to send your card via Certified Mail (tracking number), we can do this for you for an additional fee (let us know in the Notes section above), though this will also delay your card slightly. Thank you!

Note: We have received feedback from some customers saying the form clears upon submission. Rest assured we DO receive your response! However, if you do not hear from us within 1 business day to confirm your order, please try submitting the form again or emailing us at hello@paperphoenixcollective.com.
