TANI MITSCH

I have been working as a graphic designer for over 15 years, with a passion for print and packaging design. I have worked at both small design firms and large corporations like Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, but decided to start my own graphic design and calligraphy business where I have worked with many wonderful clients including The Design Lab, The Happy Ever Crafter, Compass Real Estate, Read Aloud Revival, Waxwing Books, Hormel/Columbus Foods, Christina Scalera, The Contract Shop, LinkedIn, Letters by Shells, and Sakura of America.

However, I am mostly known for being a huge foodie! I can usually be found experimenting in the kitchen and exploring all kinds of new foods. I love baking and cooking (especially Japanese food, pasta dishes, sourdough, cinnamon rolls, and chocolate cakes)! I basically love eating everything :D

I try to honor my values in everything I do, and love serving the world by providing comfort and delight to others via creativity in many different forms. I deeply care about the wellbeing of others and try to approach life from a place of empathy and gratitude.

I have been taking photos, drawing, and writing since I was a kid, and those passions have never left me! I currently work from home whilst homeschooling my daughter. Here's everything I am currently involved with!

I am a music photographer and hope to turn it into a small magazine one of these days. I am also a freelance copy editor, handling everything from science fiction, to horror, to informational e-books, to articles.

Operations Support Analyst

CHAD MILLS

I have worked with data analytics and business analysis for the past 10 years. I do a lot of work with SQL, Excel, Visual Studio, Power BI, and other systems for handling and processing large amounts of data. With Paper Phoenix, I work with back end systems to ensure operations run smoothly, assist with data management and integrity, invoices, profit and revenue tracking, and logistics support.

I love food, and trying all different cuisines. Most of my free time is spent either reading books (most genres, but mainly Fantasy), gaming (video and board games), or around food.
